    Preparation

Heat the oven to 200C. Drain the chickpeas and lay them out on a roasting tin. The chickpeas should form a complete layer without much space between them. Chop the garlic into chunks and sprinkle over. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix. Wash the tomatoes and asparagus, rub with oil, and lay them over the top. Rub the chicken with oil and lay the breast on top of everything. Pour over the wine (or stock) and vinegar. Sprinkle over the oregano and season with salt and pepper.
